Saturday, September 6th, 2025 - Registration / Drop Off from 8:30 - 9 AM, Camp begins at 9 AM and will end at 1:30 PM. Our parent show will be at 1 PM!
Ventura High School-Dance Room (off of Poli St. near theater) Room #40
Come spend the day with the Ventura High School Dance & Hip Hop Team! Learn dance basics and a performance routine. There will be a presentation for parents at the end of the workshop from 1-1:30 PM on the grass area located near the dance room!
Age Group: Kinder thru 6th Grades - SPACE IS LIMITED! WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING 50 DANCIN' COUGIES THIS YEAR
All dancers should wear comfortable, athletic clothing and either tennis shoes or jazz shoes!
$65 for clinic; includes t-shirt, pizza lunch, snacks, and opportunity to perform at the VHS Varsity Football game half-time show on Friday, September 12th 2025 at Larrabee Stadium.

The Ventura ‘Dancin’ Cougies’ youth clinic is designed to introduce younger student dancers to the fundamentals of jazz and hip hop technique. This clinic will offer each participant an opportunity to learn dance basics, floor combinations, and a dance routine that will be performed during the half-time show at the VHS football game on September 12th. The youth clinic will be under the direction of VHS teacher and Dance Team Advisor, Taylor Moore, her assistant advisor Alexa Brevig, and the VHS Dance & Hip Hop Team members. All dancers will be introduced into a positive “Cougar Family'' atmosphere they will never forget!
YOUR CHILD MUST BE REGISTERED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 22ND IN ORDER TO ACOMODATE FOR THEIR CORRECT T-SHIRT SIZE! IF REGISTERED ANYTIME AFTER THIS DATE, THEY MAY BE GIVEN WHATEVER T-SHIRT SIZE WE HAVE AVAILABLE BASED ON NEEDING TO PLACE ORDERS FOR THE T-SHIRTS.
